Housing/Accommodations (briefly describe). Note: Please
try to provide a room reasonably quiet and private for message
preparation
and prayer time. In our desire to be completely above board in
the
area of integrity, we wish to not be placed in any type of situation
where
we would be spending any time alone in a private home with a
member
of the opposite sex. Thank you for this consideration.

Travel Arrangements:
Where is the nearest commercial airport?
What is the travel time to that airport?
Who will be picking us up at the airport? (Once
again it is our policy that we are not picked up or returned to the
airport
alone with a member of the opposite sex. Keep in mind that we
often have a considerable amount of luggage as we
transport
our books and other resources.)
Our fee policy is a request for travel expenses (airfare and/or driving
cost at $.42 per mile), room and board (as needed), plus a
suggested honorarium of $600 /day for Bay (or Bay and Peg
together) or $300 /day
for Peg. Scholarships for a portion of the cost are possibly
available when needed. Note: If flying, please include
$50.00 cost for travel to and from airport and airport parking
fee. If driving, please allow $.42/mile round trip. We
would ask that air travel expenses
be paid as soon as it can be determined. We will call or e-mail
for
approval of cost before booking airfare. Honorarium and
reimbursement
for mileage or meals (if needed) can be covered at the completion of
the
event. Please make all checks payable to FOCUS Ministries.
We are a 501-C-3 non-profit corporation and W-9’s are not necessary.
